Our Team

Dennis Moore has been CEO of Commerce Construction since 1993. Prior to joining Commerce, he serve in various executive roles throughout the construction industry, with his earliest role in 1974 as Manager for the city of Freeport, Texas. Dennis received his B.S. in Business Administration from East Central University.

Junior Lopez has been with Commerce Construction since 2005. Prior to his time with Commerce, Junior was Vice President of Nabholz Construction Services from 1991 to 2005. Junior holds a B.S. in Building Construction from John Brown University.

Bo Wilkins is the newest member of the Commerce Construction team, having joined in 2016 after his 10 year stint with Engineering Services, Inc. as a Project Engineer. Bo holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas.

Ron Phillips joined the Commerce team in 2015. Prior to his time here, he served in various roles throughout the construction industry, ranging from Estimator with Baldwin & Shell from 2011 to 2015, to Owner of Natural Builders, Inc. from 2005 to 2010. Ron earned his B.S. in Constructive Services from Kansas State University in 1975.

Mark Prenger has served as Project Manager and Estimator for Commerce since 2013, having formerly served as Owner of CCI from 1993 to 2013. Prior to his stint as Owner, Mark served in various roles throughout the construction industry, including Vice President of SSI, Inc. General Contractors from 1985 to 1993. Mark holds his B.S. in Marketing & Transportation from the University of Arkansas.

Janice Milner is Commerce’s longest running employee, having served in various roles within the company throughout numerous leadership changes. She was initially hired in 1971 by George Goble, the company’s founder, and has been an integral part of our team ever since.
