Project Overview

Commerce Construction brought decades of commercial and institutional experience to the Samaritan Community Center Springdale expansion, ensuring the facility met the client's expectations for function, durability, and value.

The work at the Springdale location was an in-depth remodel and expansion, adapting existing spaces for new purposes while building on to the existing space.

Our work with the Samaritan Community Center in Springdale is a reflection of our commitment to building the community infrastructure that supports Northwest Arkansas, from food pantries and service centers to the institutions that anchor our region.

In addition to the Springdale location, we had the opportunity to deliver the Rogers location as well. This was an ambitious new construction project that includes a dental clinic, as well as the food pantry and kitchen.
